In a grateful recollection of the miraculous aid of Our Lady, the parishioners of the village of Mikhailovskaya Sloboda decided annually unacceptably to take the miraculous icon of the Jerusalem Mother of God into the church. The saint blessed the adoption of the holy icon on Fomin's Week, and she was brought to our church every year, accompanied by crowded processions, and spent a whole week in the Mikhailovsky Sloboda.
